Description

The World-Cargo-Center at Leipzig-Halle airport is a highly flexible air-cargo logistics-center with direct access to the apron. It can accomondate several big logistics tenants as well as a number of smaller tenants or tenants with only office needs.

The building is unique in its double use of the available building space: office space and parking areas are located above the actual logistics space and truck docking stations. Both the offices and the logistics hall can be divided individualy to suit specific customer needs, creating room for multiple tenants.

The building is largely made of prefabricated, concrete (sandwich) elements, guaranteeing high quality and longlevity of the outer ull as well as a short construction time (just 7 months).
